Shipping policy

All domestic products will be shipped through USPS. Once shipped all customers who have provided valid contact information will receive a tracking number. Inna Goddess Collection recommend that customers insure their package(s). Please note that their is an additional convenience fee to “insure” package and or “signature required” upon delivery. This additional feature is not required but highly recommended; for the safety of shipping and handling of your purchase.

Any products that qualify for refund must be shipped by the customer at their expense. All ready to wear products are shipped 5-10 days from date of purchase purchase. Shipment are sent out on the Thursday purchase date. Custom orders / made to order products will ship in 2-3 weeks of purchase date.
